The one and only New York City should be on every family’s short list of places to go while the kids are young! Of course not everyone will want to travel during Thanksgiving to the one-of-a-kind parade like we did, but we highly suggest it! We found that even with 3 million additional guests, the city is friendly, safe and affordable if you plan ahead. It is a city filled with memories to be made no matter how you vacation!
