The Chicago Federal Money Museum in the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago is a FREE attraction. Here you can test your skills at picking the counterfeit money, see currency from nearly every era of our country, stand on $50,800 in change and even walk out with a bag of $300 of real money (the kids love that part). Parents keep in mind…you will go through security the same way you would in any airport so be prepared with photo id. Since this is in the financial district, parking here is very expensive. Plan to spend around $20 for the parking garage. |
